Because reports are generated instantly and delivered as digital PDFs, a delivered report is generally non-refundable.

If a report fails to generate or contains a technical error, we will regenerate it or credit your wallet. Reach us within 7 days via the contact page.

Unused wallet credit can be discussed with support on a case-by-case basis.
